• Warranty Policy

(1) Depending on the project, we offer a warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years, covering all hardware and components. After the warranty period, we provide paid quality assurance and after-sales services, charging only for the cost of components and necessary labor.

(2) We supply sufficient spare parts free of charge and recommend purchasing approximately 5% additional spare modules to meet daily maintenance needs. Defective modules can be sent back to our factory for repair, which will be completed within 7 days of receipt and then shipped back to you.

Regarding spare modules, generally speaking, the larger the surface area of the LED spherical display, the more spare modules are required.

For every LED spherical display you purchase, we provide 2 spare modules for each type free of charge. Additionally, in the following situations, we recommend purchasing an extra 5% of spare modules for each type:

(1) If the warranty period you offer to your clients is three years or longer.

(2) For large LED spherical displays, where the quantity of a single type of module exceeds 100 pieces.

This additional quantity of spare modules is usually sufficient for routine maintenance. For defective modules, you can choose to repair them locally or return them to our factory for repair. Repairs will be completed within 7 days of receipt and then shipped back to you.
